Graveside services for 8 week old Abagail L. Crump of Lancaster, Missouri will be held at the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri on Monday, February 8, 2016 at 3:30 p.m.

Abagail L. Crump passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri.

Memorials have been established for the family.

Officiating the services will be Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri.

Funeral services for Rodney Day, 82 of Memphis, formerly of Gorin, will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, at the Payne Funeral Chapel in Memphis with Pastor Mike Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the Hickory Grove Cemetery north of Keokuk, Iowa. Military graveside rites will be provided by the American Legion Post # 41 of Keokuk, Iowa.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, Feb 7, 2016,for one hour before the service with the family receiving friends.

Rodney Day passed away Thursday morning, Feb, 4, at the Scotland County Care Center in Memphis.

Rodney is survived by his wife, Doris, of the home, four sons; Clarence (Pat) Day, of Keokuk, Iowa, Dennis (Carol) Day of Ft. Madison, Iowa, Steven (Janell) Day of Keokuk and Terry (Lynn) Day of Quincy, Illinois, two step-sons; Dale (Lisa) Tague and Larry (Tamara) Tague all of Gorin, Missouri, 6 Grandchildren; Joseph (Kati) Day, Steven Jr. (Brittany) Day, Amy (James) Day West, Cassandra (Kent) Day Mahan, Summer Day (her companion Evan Treadwell) , and James Day, 6 great-grandchildren; Aiden, Breysan, Carleigh, Charlotte Day, Liam and Eden West, Step grandchildren; Brian, Brent, Ben and Brianna Vass, Matthew Schwiete, Troy, Jarred, Amber, Becca and Lee Tague as well as step great-grandchildren, 3 brothers; Donald Day, Bert Day and Richard Day and sister Leona Oliver as well as many nephews and nieces.

Betty Smith passed away Sunday afternoon, Jan. 31, at the Genisis Hospice Center in Davenport,Iowa.
She is survived by nine nieces and nephews, and a very special friends of many years, Gertrude Saunders, and her family

Funeral services for Bill McRobert, 74, of Memphis, will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 6, at the Gerth Funeral Chapel in Memphis with burial in the Greensburg Cemetery.

Bill McRobert died Sunday, January 31, 2016 at the Scotland County Care Center in Memphis.

Officiating the service will be Jack Sumption, pastor of the First Christian Church in Memphis.

Visitation is from noon until 8 p.m., Friday, February 5, at the Gerth Funeral Home with the family present from 6-8 p.m. A Masonic service will be conducted at 8 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to the Greensburg Cemetery or the Scotland County Community Fitness Center, and can be left at or mailed to the Gerth Funeral Service, 115 S. Main St., Memphis, MO 63555.

Mr. McRobert is survived by his son, David and wife Lana McRobert, and daughter Sheri and husband Joel Kapfer, all of Memphis; grandchildren Will, Grant and Charlotte McRobert and Jacob Kapfer, all of Memphis; brother, Dr. L.M. “Max” McRobert of Venice, FL; sisters, Ila McRobert of Venice and Shirley and husband Paul Townsend of Keokuk; a brother-in-law, Vernie and wife Joy Fountain of Springfield, MO; a special friend, Carol Burrus of Venice; many nieces, nephews and friends.
