Kirksville, MO Tony L. Watson 1959 – 2014

Chapel services for Tony L. Watson, 55, of Kirksville,MO will be held in Memphis on Wednesday morning, Sept. 3, 2014, at 10:30 a.m.  at the Payne Funeral Chapel with Pastor Mike Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the Memphis Cemetery east of Memphis.

 Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014, from 12 to 8 p.m. at the Payne Funeral Chapel in Memphis with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 that evening.

Tony Watson passed away Saturday evening, Aug. 30, 2014, at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, MO.

Memorials are suggested to the family for their discretion and can be left at or mailed to the Payne Funeral Chapel, 202 E. Madison St. Memphis, MO 63555.

Surviving relatives include one son, Matthew Watson (Heidi ) and their children, Chloie Watson, Taylor and Katie Luopa of Murfreesboro, TN,  his parents, Roy and Margaret Watson of rural Memphis, MO; two brothers, Terry Watson (Debbie) of Canton, IL and Jeff Watson of Canton, IL, along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Memorial services for Carolyn Morgan Peters age 79, formerly of Keokuk, will be held
Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka with burial following in the Wyaconda Cemetery, Wyaconda, MO.

Carolyn Peters died Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Peace Haven Christian Science Nursing Facility in St. Louis, MO.

Family will receive friends Tuesday from 1 p.m. until services at Wilson Funeral Home.

Neva P. Henderson, 101 died Friday, August 29, 2014 at the Scotland County Care Center in Memphis, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Memphis Funeral Home  with burial to follow in the Memphis Cemetery.  Visitation will open after 4:00 PM Monday with the family present from 6 to 8 PM.

Graveside services for 89-year-old Jim Houston of Jefferson City, Missouri formerly of Lancaster, Missouri will be held at the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.

Jim Houston passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at his home in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Memorials have been established for the Glenwood Masonic Lodge #427.

Esther Sowers died Monday, August 25, 2014 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

A reception will be held following the funeral services at the church.
