Janet Erickson   1930 – 2014

 Funeral services for Janet Erickson, 84, of Memphis will be at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, at the Payne Funeral Chapel in Memphis with Rev. Tom Worstell officiating. Interment will follow in the Gorin Cemetery at Gorin, Missouri.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday morning, Nov. 22, 2014 , from 9 a.m. to noon, with the family receiving friends from 10 to12 that morning.

Janet Erickson passed away Wednesday morning, Nov. 19, 2014, at the Scotland County Care Center in Memphis.

 Survivors include three children, Lloyd Erickson and Lois Courtney of Memphis, Connie Balfour and her husband Jim of Quincy, IL, and Kathy Albsmeyer and her husband Tom of Payson, Illinois, eight grandchildren, Shawn (Angie)Erickson of Festus, MO; Nikki,(Tommy) Worstell of Belton, MO; Laura (Brad) Ussary of Country Club, MO; Lisa Balfour of Quincy, IL; Bradley( Annie) Balfour of Paterson, NJ; Erica (James) Anders of Quincy, IL; Katie (Jon) O’Neal of Payson, IL and Julie Albsmeyer of Herman, MO, seventeen great-grandchildren, two sister-in-laws, Vera Monroe and Mildred (Don) Pence of Memphis, MO as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Doris Annetta Spence, age 76, of Kahoka, MO, will be held
Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Kahoka with burial following in the Kahoka Cemetery.

Doris Spence died Monday, November 17, 2014 in the University Hospital in Columbia, MO.

Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka after 9 a.m. Friday with family receiving friends from 5-7 p.m. The Rosary will follow.

Memorials are suggested to St. Michael’s Altar Rosary Society or the American Cancer Society for the Clark Co. Nursing Home Relay for Life Team.

Officiating at the service will be Father Elskamp and Father Boniface.

Gene Laymon died Sunday, November 16, 2014 at the Clark County Nursing Home in Kahoka.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Timothy “Tim” McCauley, 50, of Edina, Missouri, will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edina, Missouri.

Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, with the family receiving friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Doss Funeral Home in Edina, Missouri with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m.
