Frances L. Casteel

Funeral services for 94-year-old Frances L. Casteel of Indianola, Iowa formerly of Lancaster, Missouri, will be held at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with burial in the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri.

Frances L. Casteel passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at the Good Samaritan Society in Indianola, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri on Saturday, May 7, 2016 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Officiating the services will be Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri.

She is survived by her two sons, Rex Casteel of St. Louis, Missouri and Max Casteel of Rockford, Illinois; her four grandchildren, Valarie (Chris) Wichael of Peoria, Illinois, Jarrod (Heather) Casteel of Indianola, Iowa, Julie (Mike) Dierks of Kewaskum, Wisconsin and Emily (Jerry) Meredith of Moulton, Iowa; 18 great grandchildren and one sister, Virginia Gardner of the Detroit, Michigan area.

Donald “Donnie” Small 1940 – 2016

20160502121444460_0001Funeral services for Donald “Donnie” Small, 75, of rural Rutledge will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at the Payne Funeral Chapel in Memphis with Pastor Sonny Smyser officiating. Interment will follow in the Edinburg Cemetery.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2016, from 12 to 8 p.m. at Paynes with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 that evening

Donnie Small passed away late Saturday night, April 30, 2016, at the La Belle Manor at La Belle.

He is survived by three sons; Danny Eugene Small and his wife Robin of Williamsburg, MI, David Glenn Small of Keosauqua, IA and Douglas Gale Small and Brenda Poe of Downing, MO, one daughter, Dianna Ranee Mullinix and her husband Daron of Greentop, MO, one step-daughter, Sandra Elliott of Tampa, FL, eleven grandchildren: Darin, Dane and Lexi Small, Charity Frizzell, Brandie Elliott, Karra, Hannah and James Small, Bethany, Brooke and Destinee Mullinix; and eight great-grandchildren, one brother, Kermit Small and his wife Karen of Baring, MO, one sister, Jeanette Perdew of Bedford, IA along with nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Edinburg Cemetery in care of the Payne Funeral Chapel, 202 E. Madison St., Memphis, Missouri 63555.

A Time of Sharing and Remembrance for James R. Dochterman, age 78, of Kahoka, MO, will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka. Cremation will follow with inurnment at a later date in the Combs Cemetery in Luray, MO.

James Dochterman died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 24, 2016 in the Emergency Room of Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk, Iowa.

Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home after 9 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2016 with family receiving friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Memorials may be made to the family with payable to LeAnn Clifford.
