Burial will be in the Gorin Cemetery.
Robert Coop died Tuesday afternoon, May 21, 2013 in the emergency room of Scotland County Hospital.
Visitation is from 12-8 p.m., Saturday, May 25 at the Gerth Funeral Home in Memphis with the family present from 6-8 p.m.
Officiating the service will be Mark Drummond, pastor of the Gorin Baptist Church.
Memorials are suggested to family and can be left at or mailed to the Gerth Funeral Service, 115 S. Main St., Memphis, MO 63555.
Mr. Coop is survived by his daughters, Jeanette and husband Jerry Jones and Alisha Coop, all of Gorin; Gail and husband Max Gutting of Kahoka, Cindy Miller of Gorin, and Jean Balmer of Kahoka; brothers, Richard Coop of Gorin, David Coop of St. Patrick, and Tom Coop of Keokuk; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
