Jean Doubet Coram

    Jean Murphy Doubet Coram, aged 87, died peacefully at her home in Columbia, Missouri, on January 18, 2016, after suffering in poor health for the past year.
    Jean is survived by her three children, Debbi Doubet (Howard) Allred of Centerville, Utah, Vicki Doubet (Mark) Simmons of Manchester, Missouri, and Ric Doubet of Columbia, Missouri; grandchildren, Drew Allred, Elizabeth (Ravi) Cerar, Mallory (Kelby) Perry, Malaki Doubet; and a great grandson, Reddick Cerar. Jean also leaves behind a niece, Julie (Rob) Patterson, nephew, Mike (Freda) Burton, and grand nephews, Brett (Kourtney) Burton and Steve Burton.  Step-children include Steve and Colleen (O’Brien) Coram of Kearny, Nebraska; and step grandchildren; Melissa Coram, Amy (Matt) Harris, and Luke and Gabriel Paddox. Jean also leaves behind many dear friends and associates whom she loved and appreciated.
    Jean worked for Truman State University for 10 years, and after her marriage to Roscoe Coram in 1982, she worked for the Community Action Agency for 15 years in social service, served on the Board of the Northeast Missouri Health Council for many years and was also Scotland County Coordinator in Memphis, Missouri, during that period
    Memorial services for Jean Coram will be held at the Trinity Episcopal Church in Kirksville, Missouri, on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 2:00 PM. Flowers are appreciated. Doss Funeral Home in Edina, Missouri are in charge of local arrangements.

Jenny Snelling

   Funeral Services for Jenny Snelling, 75, of Baring, Missosuri, will be Friday, February 12, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at the Doss Funeral Home in Edina, Missouri.

Jenny Snelling Pic i   Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2016, with the family receiving friends from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.

   Burial will be in the St. Aloysius Cemetery in Baring, Missouri.

   An expression of sympathy in memory of Jenny Snelling may be left to the Nutrition Site or the St. Aloysius Cemetery. A memorial may be left at or mailed to the Doss Funeral Home 208 N. 4th Street, Edina, Missouri 63537.

   Jenny Snelling passed away Monday, February 8, 2016, at her residence surrounded by family.

   Jenny is survived by her children, Gary and Carolyn Snelling of Baring, Missouri, Joyce and Carl Garr of Greentop, Missouri, Janet and Steve Magruder of Jackson, Missouri, Debbie Parsons of Baring, Missouri, James “Jim” Snelling of Baring, Missouri, Jean Marie Snelling of Baring, Missouri, Gerald and Lisa Snelling of Kirksville, Missouri, Julie and Tim Frazier of Troy, Missouri, Terry and Christy Snelling of Kirksville, Missouri, Jeff and Stephanie Snelling of Baring, Missouri, Terese and John Tarpein of Baring, Missouri, Tracy Snelling of Baring, Missouri and Jesse Snelling of Baring, Missouri; a daughter-in-law, Mary Novinger of Jefferson City, Missouri; a sister Mary Fern Bragg of Kirksville, Missouri; twenty-eight grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
